A heart-warming welcome to a little Peace of Mind
This program has been created to help us all find that place of peace within when we need it most.
Peace of Mind (or PoM for short) was established back in 2020 to support each of us through unprecedented times. It has expanded, grown and evolved over time.
This is your program, we’re just your helpful guides. If there is something you would like to learn more about or hear more of, simply drop us a note.
In preparation for your relaxing session, we recommend:
Grabbing your headphones - the higher the quality the better for optimal results and to reap the benefits of the brain-entraining frequencies available.
Set up a comfortable space, without distraction (if possible), or if that isn’t possible, invite the distraction in to enjoy the session with you.
Make sure you grab everything you may need to support you in your position while you rest - cushions, blankets etc.
